Danfoss Climate Solutions, Burner Components, is looking for an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager for the indirect channel in Spain, who will be responsible for the sales and business development activities.
As a standalone Business Unit within Danfoss, Burner Components (PL02) is one of the first product lines of Danfoss. We offer a complete range of components for monitoring and controlling oil burners in domestic and commercial applications - and now also a Bio product portfolio, with bio 100 pumps and HVO nozzles that are 100% biofuel ready, we contribute to the green agenda of Danfoss. We also have a future-ready portfolio of nozzles for water spray applications - from agriculture and adiabatic cooling to disinfection and humidification.

Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the sales development of the Burner Component Product Portfolio in alignment with the overall business strategy
Account owner for the customers of Burner Component in the country, developing and maintaining relationships with key customers
Identify and visit prospect and new customers mainly on indirect channel, as wholesalers, distributors, and installers
Sales agreement and price offers until final negotiation / order
Customers forecasts and account planification
Monitoring and reporting on key account performance
Drive and execute agreed marketing campaigns and activities in cooperation with marketing team
Organization / participation to exhibitions, seminars, meetings, according to the agreed plan
Continuous analysis of competitors pricing, solutions, and markets penetration (market intelligence)
Providing support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills.
Technical education (Engineering degree is a plus)
At least 5 years’ experience in sales
Fluent in Spanish & English
Knowledge of the most common used software and applications (e.g. SAP, BI, Salesforce, Office, Autocad etc.)
Knowledge of Residential business will be considered a plus.
Good commercial sense and good presentation skills.
Business minded and goal oriented.
Existing network among most relevant Wholesalers, Contractors, and Installers is a plus
