Key Account Manager-China Brands

As a China Brands Key Account Manager (KAM), you will be primarily supporting and enabling Chinese brands with their local operations in Lazada Philippines. You will be responsible for driving the overall growth and have complete ownership and full accountability for the business performance of the portfolio of brands assigned to you.
To drive sales, order and buyer growth, your functions could include account management, sales and performance analysis, assortment expansion, joint business planning, target and budget setting, selling marketing services, negotiating and launching brand and/or category specific initiatives, driving brand engagement to the platform and campaigns, tools and program adoption, as well as optimizing their operations
To succeed in this role, you will need to establish a strong relationship with your brands, acting as an effective and credible partner in enabling and growing their businesses on Lazada.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Chinese brands with local operations in the Philippines and build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Business Growth Support: Understand sellers' business objectives and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve growth, analyzing sales and operational performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and implementing strategic recommendations.
- Market Insights & Strategy: Provide sellers with insights into the Philippine market landscape, including local consumer behavior, competition, and trends, and develop and execute account growth plans aligned with China brands goals.
- Cross-Functional and Local-Regional Collaboration: Work closely with both local and regional internal teams, including logistics, marketing, operations, and product teams, to ensure smooth execution of strategies and resolutions to client challenges, while coordinating with cross-border teams to streamline processes and drive operational efficiencies.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report key account performance metrics, providing detailed insights and recommendations for improvement, and develop and present periodic business reviews to key stakeholders.
