What you’ll do & Who you areWe are looking for a Sales Expert to join our team as an Key Account Manager (d/f/m).
Reporting to our Team Lead Key Account Management PRO you will focus on maintaining and growing relationships with existing clients while identifying and onboarding new strategic clients. The primary focus is on customer retention and expansion, though new clients should also be acquired when opportunities arise.
This is a hybrid role, and our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.
What you'll do:Acquire and manage a portfolio of Key Accounts with a focus on customer satisfaction and strategic growth.
Have a deep understanding of client needs and align them with Kleinanzeigen PRO products.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as a trusted partner throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
Develop a sustainable network, including up to C-level, to secure long-term success.
Prioritize customer needs to ensure that all clients are treated equally and none are overlooked.
Use data to drive effective customer retention and product adoption.
Identify upselling opportunities and work closely with the Team Lead Key Account Management to implement expansion plans.
Represent customer interests and translate their needs into actionable product improvements.
Continuously seek innovations to improve Customer Success processes.
Monitor market trends and developments to identify new customer potential for strategic growth.
Business Travel for customer acquisition and retention.
Who you are:Professional experience in order processing and sales processes is desirable
Experience using CRM systems
Systematic, structured and careful way of working
You have a service mentality and High-quality awareness
Experience with interrelated processes between customers, sales, marketing and business development
You have a high customer orientation (including when dealing with external customers over the telephone)
Fluent German and English skills are a must for this position
