We are now seeking a skilled Key Account Manager for our Mars Wrigley Sales Team!

As our Key Account Manager, you will be a key resource in our sales team, responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with customers. You will be accountable for driving growth and profitability through effective sales strategies and close collaboration with customers. Your ability to understand customer needs and challenges will be crucial to the success of this role. The Key Account Manager is part of the Mars Wrigley KAM team at Mars Denmark and reports to the Head of KAM Denmark.
Key Responsibilities:
Build strong and long-lasting relationships with customersResponsible for the negotiation process with customersDevelop and implement sales strategies that increase revenue and market share for both the customer and the company. Ensure high quality and customer satisfaction at all levels.Promote existing and new products, and assist in completing product launches internally at Mars. Ensure good implementation with quality-assured forecasts and detailed follow-up.Drive category growth cases through good insight-based analyses that benefit the category, customer, and companyBe a good colleague—Mars is proud to be a fantastic workplace with a great environment.To succeed and thrive in this role, we believe you have:
A bachelor's degree in economics, marketing, or equivalent.A minimum of 4 years of experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in sales, category management, or similar roles.A good understanding of market dynamics including price, promotions, assortment, and space.Experience in negotiations, either through personal responsibility or participation in negotiation teams.Familiarity with data tools and software for sales analysis and reporting.Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Danish and English (English is our working language).You are a goal-oriented person with commercial skills and a desire to lead collaboration between the company and the customer to achieve results. You are analytical with a drive to create development and are passionate about putting the customer first to contribute to growth. Your ability to build trusting relationships and communicate messages makes you a natural network builder both internally and with customers. To identify relevant and profitable opportunities in the market, you will need your analytical approach, economic understanding, and ability to interpret insights and market trends.
