Key Responsibilities:

Execute targeted promotional strategies to enhance market presence. Manage key accounts to optimize the profitability of systems, reagents, and consumables. Provide accurate monthly forecasts and sales reports to drive informed decision-making. Develop and maintain a structured customer engagement schedule tailored to account needs. Collaborate with customers to assess clinical and educational requirements, delivering training and follow-up support as needed. Offer insights on pricing, market trends, and technical aspects for tender processes. Stay informed on the latest developments in the product portfolio and competitor offerings. Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to drive influence and advocacy. Conduct impactful sales presentations, lead product evaluations, and coordinate demonstrations. Represent the company at industry events, including symposiums, workshops, and exhibitions.
