Your role at Baxter
As a Key Account Manager - Distributors, you are responsible for managing and developing strategic relationships with our key distributors, ensuring their satisfaction and building trust through exceptional service. You will work closely with the distributors to understand their needs, provide them with the necessary resources, and collaborate to achieve mutual business goals. Your ability to build strong relationships, combined with your expertise in understanding the distributor market, will enable you to drive sales, increase market share, and contribute to the success of Baxter. What you'll be doing:
Implement distribution strategy by the global business strategy and marketing plans
Analyze sales data in terms of distributors, sales channels, brands, market shares of Baxter`s products (oncology and nutrition),
Monitor and manage stock of products: control minimal stocks on distributor`s warehouses, Baxter`s warehouse, control the shelf life of products
Keep and development the relationship with key players on the local market, including international procurement organizations, distributors
Focus on tender process management
Track regional tenders and tenders of Ministry of Health tenders (via international procurement organizations)
Prepare necessary documents for tenders
Coordinate processes of tender between commercial team, finance, RA, supply chain, demand, legal, quality: from participation in the tender to shipment and receipt of payment
Search for new opportunities, projects with distributors for development distribution network
Pricing analyze: develop pricing strategy in a competitive environment
Work with marketing, development of a sales strategy taking into account competitive positions.
What you'll bring:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the medical device or pharmaceutical industry
Solid understanding of the industry and processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment
