Key Account Manager Flanders

Job Description

Your role:

Maximize order intake, sales (including Service Contracts), and margin growth across selected key accounts in Flanders.

Drive customer satisfaction (NPS) by maintaining strong, long-term relationships and engaging at multiple levels within customer organizations.

Build and manage accurate sales forecasts for assigned accounts.

Develop and execute annual account plans aligned with the regional strategy.

Contribute to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional account teams, ensuring alignment with other account managers and customer-facing staff.

Fill and manage the sales funnel, analyzing win/loss deals and customer expectations.

Ensure all quotations are accurate, compliant, and delivered on time, with proper feasibility checks by operations.

Validate third-party products included in solutions for compatibility and compliance.

Collaborate with channel partners where required to drive business success.

Act as a bridge builder between departments, coordinating internal resources to achieve business objectives.

Report and follow up on customer feedback according to quality and regulatory standards.

Operate in full compliance with global business principles and ethical standards.

You're the right fit if:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.

Experience in sales of medical imaging systems and/or medical equipment.

Strong knowledge of the healthcare market in Flanders and ability to engage with key stakeholders (administration, nursing, biomedical engineering, procurement, etc.).

A proven track record in top sales performance is highly preferred.

Strong consultative sales approach, skilled in executive selling, negotiations, strategic account management, and competitive positioning.

Excellent organizational, communication, and networking skills.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Fluency in Dutch and English (French is a plus).
