Key Account Manager - Government and Large Corporates

Based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai, the ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with key customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through consultative selling and tailored solutions. **Your Contribution:** Be Yourself. In this role you will: _Account Management & Business Development:_ - Develop and execute strategic account plans for government and large corporate clients. - Identify new business opportunities within assigned accounts to drive revenue growth. - Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring strong client relationships. _Sales & Revenue Growth:_ - Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting products and solutions aligned with customer needs. - Work closely with internal teams (sales, technical, product, and marketing) to develop customized solutions. - Lead negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions with clients. - Direct round tables and end users events _Government & Corporate Engagement:_ - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies, ministries, and large enterprises. - Stay updated on government regulations, procurement policies, and industry trends to align strategies accordingly. - Navigate complex sales cycles within public sector frameworks, ensuring compliance and effective engagement _Customer Experience & Support:_ - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client concerns and proactively identifying solutions - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and post-sales support _Market Intelligence & Strategy:_ - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities - Provide feedback and insights to product teams for solution enhancements based on client needs **Key Qualifications & Preferred Qualifications:** For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team: - Relevant education - 10+ years of experience in key account management, business development, or sales, specifically targeting government and large corporate clients - Proven track record in managing high-value accounts and delivering revenue growth - Strong understanding of government procurement processes and enterprise sales - Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills - Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and influence decision-making - Experience in working within the technology, software, telecom, or B2B solutions industries is a plus - Fluency in Arabic and English are required \#LI-YS1 Across Logitech we empower collaboration and foster play.
