Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Key Account Manager - Greater Jakarta. The candidate will accountable only for Hospitals in greater Jakarta by establishing very deep relationship, understanding their needs also collaborating with internal stakes holder to have strategic activity.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationship with their key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from the respective accounts.You will be acting as the primary point of contact for the key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross selling.You will be analyzing competitor activities and market dynamic, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.You will be collaborating with internal teams such marketing, customer services and project management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations.

Your qualifications and experiences:

You shall have 3 years’ experience in Radiology Imaging, Oncology and Cardiology areaYou shall have strong track record of success in key account management.You shall have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.Any relevant bachelor’s degree. You will demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
