To achieve this, strong partnerships with automotive parts wholesalers are essential. To build and expand these partnerships, we are looking for a Key Account Manager who, with strategic foresight and genuine enthusiasm for sales, will inspire our customers and build long-term relationships. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for strategic Key customers within the D/A/CH region and part of a great team of ambitious sales personalities.
Develop and implement customer-specific strategyDefine customer-specific targets and ensure tracking Drive customer interests/requests through HELLA organization Define market driven prices and conditions Prepare and provide offers and follow up themFinally negotiate and/or approve price requests and/or new programs Establish and actively manage relationship at all hierarchy levels of the customers to penetrate HELLA services, products and campaignsPrepare and hold the Annual Review Meeting with the customer Provide fast escalation of customer topics through the HELLA organizationRepresent HELLA on all customer events like fairs or customer garage eventsConnect HELLA marketing & customer to create & execute marketing activitiesIdentify growth opportunities regularly
