General Description:
Territory to cover: Aragón
Under the direction of the Regional Field Manager (RFM) this individual will be responsible for maximizing BeiGene's products in the served territory. The Key Account Manager (KAM) implements the marketing strategy in the area and is responsible for achieving defined sales and access targets within an agreed expense budget. The KAM will develop territory specific strategic account plans in close alignment and collaboration with other functions. In addition, the KAM supports and advises the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open minded and honest manner. We are looking for an individual with high experience managing the entire account and territory and good knowledge of oncology and Hospital pharmacy and used to work with all account stakeholders.
Essential Functions of the job:
Building a BeiGene image/brand and awareness for our company and our products in the oncology market in the served area, as a key scientific and health care partnerEstablish yourself as an interlocutor with the Hospital Pharmacy with the capacity to establish agreements that facilitate patient accessibility to BeiGene drugs.Develop long lasting relationships based on value addition to the key stakeholders of the assigned territoryResponsibility for the regional sales and access goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the RFM, coordinated with market access department.Development implementation and execution of commercial projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with our key customersOrganization and execution of local symposia and workshops with the key customersGathering insights and analyzing available information to identify strategic opportunities at account levelParticipation and customer care in local national and international meetings and symposiaEnsure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our values.Consistently ensure operating in accordance with BeiGene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulations.Qualifications:
Life science degree (university, college) or equivalent professional experienceSeveral years of qualified work experience as commercial representative in the heme-oncology market.
