Key Account Manager (KAM) Hematology Poland

Looking for a truly passionate individual with a solid experience in innovative pharmaceutical industry, stakeholder network and practical knowledge related to Drug Programs. Key Account Manager (KAM) will engage with responsible stakeholders to ensure that BeiGene and BeiGene’s drugs are well known and appreciated and give patients the possibility to benefit from our innovative treatments. KAM will implement sales strategy in the area and will be responsible for achieving defined sales targets within an agreed expense budget. She/he will support and advise the key account customers in the territory in an appreciative, open-minded and honest manner.

 

Essential Functions of the job:

Building BeiGene brand/image and awareness for our company and our product/s in the hematology market in PolandFunction of scientific expert advice and support for opinion leaders and medical hematologists in hospitalsDeveloping and executing regional, customized engagement plans in cooperation with         x-functional support Using expertise in hematology and be a go-to scientific and patient care resource for stakeholders in PolandResponsibility for the regional sales goals and qualitative performance parameters, as agreed with the managerEstablishing a new market, maximizing market penetration and achieving sales objectives by:Territory managementIdentifying, mapping and targeting of centers and customers on regular basisClose cooperation Health Care Professionals (HCP), including KOL managementClose cooperation with all stakeholders within scope of defined Drug Program/sDrug/s promotion (to deliver key selling messages) and disease awareness programs implemented according to company strategyDelivering adequate scientific information to customers in order to ensure safe use of the productsPlan, identify, analyze, and implement activities and meetingsOrganization of regional symposia / congresses/ workshops / meetingsCooperation with internal relevant functions to organize national and international symposia / congresses/ workshops / meetingsCoordination of local promotional/scientific initiativesDevelopment, implementation, and execution of projects to optimize patient care in collaboration with opinion leadersCooperation with other defined stakeholders (eg. hospital administration, hospital pharmacy) to ensure funding & purchase of BeiGene’s drug/sSupport for tenders’ managementProviding customers with high quality service and scientific partnershipFeedback the organization with market trends and competitive intelligenceComplete administrative requirements and comply with BeiGene’s guidelines and policiesReporting of AEs according to PV procedures of BeiGeneEnsure compliance within all activities to maintain the highest standards of patients focused ethical conduct in line with our valuesConsistently ensure operating in accordance with BeiGene´s Standards of conduct and all applicable local laws and regulationsReporting line - directly to Country Manager in Poland

Qualifications

Minimum MSc degree, preferably in life sciencesSignificant working experience in the innovative, ideally multinational, pharmaceutical company Broad experience (minimum 5 years) in sales as KAM responsible for Drug Programs with proven successful sales track recordExperience in hematology market will be an advantageUnderstanding of roles and needs of all stakeholders involved in hospital’s purchase processes, leading to ensuring effective cooperationKnow how on working within the scope of Drug ProgramsPractical knowledge related to support for tender processesAbility to create position of KAM as reliable professional/ scientific partner for KOLsAbility/ skills to create effective x-functional collaboration with relevant internal functionsKey account management process proven capabilities: analyze, plan, prepare, implement and follow-upGoal oriented, entrepreneurial, solution-oriented personality with can-do attitude and high level of persistencyExcellent communication skillsAbility to work independently as well as contribute to a teamWell organized and structured personalityWilling to learn and develop continuouslyFluent English requiredComputer skills required (MS Office)Willingness to travelValid driver’s license
