2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
3. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing key accounts, upselling and cross-selling Alibaba International's products and services.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to ensure seamless delivery of services and address client concerns effectively.
5. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasting trends and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.
6. Negotiate and close deals, managing the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing and post-sales support.
