Job Description

Job Summary:

 

Key Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing very important or high potential accounts, who builds and maintains strong & heathy relationships with key customers, drive long - term partnerships

 

Responsibilities:

 

Relationship Management

 

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts, act as major contact window between company & customersorganize regular reviews to discuss performance and future opportunities

 

Business Development

 

Identify sales opportunities with key accounts to increase revenue(profitable)Collaborate with internal teams (regions, product category) to develop customized / suitable solutionsStay updated on industry trends and competitors to position the company's offerings effectively

 

Account Planning

 

Create and implement account - specific strategies and plans to achieve business objectives that will incl. turnover, penetration, profit etc.Monitor the process and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

 

Customer Satisfaction

 

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service and supportGather customers feedback and share it with relevant internal teams to drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

Requirements

 

Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plusMore than 5 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, above 3 years of experience in KA roleProven track record of managing and growing large accounts with concrete achievementDeliver result under pressure, can-do attitude, and very strong in adaptive & resilience

 

Skills

 

Strong people relationship, ice-breaking, and communication skillsExcellent negotiation and influencing skillsAnalytical(data-driven) and strategic thinking abilitiesAbility to work effectively in multiple environments and collaborate with cross - functional teams
