Report to: Senior Access Manager

Location: Hanoi city.

Your Roles

1.    Working in a group of Hospitals to provide products knowledge for the physicians, to support some logistic events for the Hospitals/ Association when they organize CME events that company can sponsor.
2.    Support Phyto/ the distributor to ensure the best access for company brands to the public Hospitals for serving well the patients (including but not limited to update list price, proper & updating technical dossiers, no shortage supply stock for local distributor during contracting tenders between the distributor & the Hospitals...)
3.    Work with Insurance agencies & relevant bodies in the right duty for re-imbursement access for the Brands to ensure best benefit for patients (by providing the product clinical data, the guidelines...as required from the stakeholders)
4.    Keep learning & exchanging the market information, the updating treatment opinions, the treatment gap needs from the HCPs to help the company to be well prepared & serving better for the market, or for the Health Care (relating to the stock preparation for local distributor , the clinical data, the updating guidelines, the approved information of the Brands)
 

What You Should Do:

1.    Field working in a group of Hospitals.
2.    Arrange & attend related meetings internally & externally, which serves for your best performance.
3.    Cooperate well with the local distributor, the internal company's teams for arranging for the best products access in the hospitals.
4.    Providing data as the templets, data statistic, market insights which are required always in severed as the tools for him/her & for cross-functions use when needed.
5.    Be a part accountability in financial statement for the company. Providing constructive feedback from fields to the company and implementing action plans accordingly.
6.    To recognize a reportable Adverse Event (AE) or safety information  and ensuring  the necessary information is forwarded to the Local Pharmacovigilance Responsible  Person (LPVR) in Merck Vietnam within 24 hours.

Who You Are:

•    Pharmacist or Doctor University Degree or above.
•    More than 3 years’ experience for the description roles (support tendering, re-imbursement and price) in Multinational Pharma Companies. 
•    In-depth knowledge of the healthcare operation & the related policies
•    Good negotiation skill.
•    “Can do” attitude.
•    Good business relationship with the external stakeholders (including the City payers, city Has and the Pharmacist Association)
