2. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Proactively identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, upselling and cross-selling Lazada's product offerings.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product, and support, to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
