Meaningful Work From Day One
This role manages off-premise key accounts such as alcohol retail chains and sub-distributors. 
This position involves strategic planning to optimize business growth within the designated off-premise key accounts and distributors.  Responsibilities revolve around managing owners and directors,  business development, promotion planning, and driving sales achievements. In addition, the role requires effective collaboration with internal teams for seamless execution of promotional activities, and analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform decision-making for sustained sales success.


Success in this role hinges on strong business acumen and a comprehensive understanding of the Off-Premise landscape in the Philippines. The position requires strategic key account management skills and distributor management experience,  and excellent interpersonal capabilities for effective communication. Hands-on engagement is essential, necessitating the ability to formulate strategies and devise expansion plans for the channel, all aimed at fostering growth and steering a unified effort towards achieving results.

What You Can Expect
●    Create and execute strategies for the growth of his/her assigned accounts, considering short, medium, and long-term perspectives, with a focus on achieving market presence. 
●    Implement sales operation programs and analytical tools to support growth and analyze results' cause and effect. 
●    Manage resources efficiently to meet both strategic and financial goals in his/her assigned accounts.
●    Tailor programs according to the unique strengths of the assigned key account. 
●    Identify and explore potential opportunities while collaborating with the Marketing team to establish impactful Off-Premise programs for assigned accounts. 
●    Maintain a solid grasp of the industry and competitive landscape with a fact-based, data-driven approach to planning and decision-making. 
●    Implement B-F Commercial Way for Emerging Asia to measure and track the performance of commercial activities within a simplified framework. 
●    Demonstrate good interpersonal skills, staying informed about market conditions, competitive activities, and consumer trends.

What You Bring to the Table
●    Tertiary education, qualified in a business-related field.
●    More than 4 years experience in Off-Premise channel and Key Accounts management with a proven track record.
●    Expert in Off-Premise environment and superb key accounts management skills in customer/client management experience.
●    Trade Marketing management experience is an added advantage
●    Experience working in an international environment
●    Proven sales achievements 
●    Hands-on and agile
●    Proven ability achieving objectives and results in a matrix organizational structure
●    Good computer skills with MS Office and the ability to quickly build proficiency in Google G Suite

●    Experience in Retail and Off-Premise channels and Strategic Key Account Management
●    Experience in wine, spirits, luxury and/or FMCG industries.
●    Great interpersonal skills interacting with customers/clients.
