Site Name: Středočeský kraj Posted Date: Feb 20 2025 The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving business growth by identifying sales opportunities and managing service requirements for existing hospital accounts in the Czech Republic. Key portfolio areas for this role: Gynecologic Oncology Region: Praha Key Responsibilities Focus on continuous customer insights and analysis of external environment to provide inputs for Commercial strategy Developing and executing a comprehensive and strategic account plan to drive value and deliver growth. Continuously identify and profile key target customers and find the opportunities to drive performance. Establishing and developing effective commercial relationships with hospitals and KOLs to promote and competitively sell products. Ownership of continuous monitoring of key competitor initiatives, initiate GSK response to market changes Supporting the implementation of key marketing campaign in the assigned accounts which differentiate and enhance GSK’s standing in the healthcare market. Omnichannel approach and data driven execution. Effective teamwork across the organisation and acting in accordance with GSK's values, policies and expectations. Timely planning, activity reporting, updating databases. Basic Qualifications Key Account Management experience within sales in a pharmaceutical company University degree PC skills (user level – Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Driving license B, with the ability to travel within territory and domestically as required Native Czech speaker with fluent English skills Customer centric, business-oriented mindset and focus on delivering results Proven negotiation and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications University degree in life sciences AIFP certification Experience with centre care products / Specialty care Experience with omnichannel approach What we offer?
