For Mobility Key Account Management in Guangzhou, we are looking for Key Account Manager to maximize most customer solution and order intake to serve Mobility all Business Units in China.
What are your responsibilities?
· Develop and execute the agreed metro/rail transit customer strategy
· Drive metro customer sales targets alignment with Division(s)/BU(s) and responsible for achievement of the target
· Develops strategic partnerships and establishes relationships with the appropriate Customer’s key decisions makers and ensures access to customer leaders for the Division(s)/BU(s), combines the know-how and forms the communication hub
· Identify, drive and develop short/long term opportunities as part of the 3 to 5-year Account Business Plan
· Follows the principle of "one and clear face to the customer"
· Assists to RGM to set up KAM Region organization and follows Mobility KAM guideline and process.
What do you need to qualify for this job?
· Bachelor degree or above, preferred major in engineering related.
· More than 10 years’ experience in Sales, Key Account or Project Management in Metro. Tram or other rail related fields
· Experience in sales or project execution of urban rail transit signal system, traction system, DC 1500V power supply system is preferred
· Be able to manage and motivate people and yourself according to Mobility and RGM’s requirements
· Good planning and initiative in work
· Be able to write and communicate in English with colleagues
· Work effectively with individuals from multiple cultures and backgrounds
· Ability to travel frequently
