Key Account Manager (Swine - Animal Health)

Job Description

Position Overview:

The position will address the sales and field technical support for swine business of our company in the assigned territory in Vietnam markets. The role will be leading the field activities to promote products in VN. The position is primarily responsible for the sales performance of swine products.

Primary Accountabilities:

Under the guidance of business unit head to identifying and implementing strategies to drive success in the swine productsFacilitate implementation of market intelligence strategies; gather, validate and analyze competitive market information on MAXX and other support system.Realization of objectives set annually for specific product portfolios through support of the relevant parties:Ensure integration of activities across various functions to provide unrivalled customer value for the different market segments:Field technical call support to key customers and swine farmsUnderstand key technical issues, clearly communicate in written form, anticipate customer/ competitor response and minimize negative reactionDevelops and presents product information and training to sales force and key customers.Build relationships with key customers, swine farmer and dealer and industry players to facilitate sales and increase positive visibility and adoption of our compa products.Other responsibilities include but are not limited to being part of the swine business team, developing strategies, commercial and negotiation decisions with customers, managing events to promote swine business

Skills, Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications:

Good understanding of the Vietnam Animal Health industry and swine animal health market is essential.2-5 years experiences in AH industryDegree in Veterinary Science or Animal Husbandry is a mustKnowledge of swine diseases, swine production industryNeed to be adaptable and able to work to multiple and often tight deadlinesWork closely in a strong team environment, while there is a requirement that candidates are able to work independently, drawing on their own resources and motivation to achieve what is required.Good verbal and written communication skills, and a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
