Reporting to the Sales manager MENA, the Key Account Manager UAE is responsible for the jobholder will devise appropriate strategies to grow existing accounts and win new customers. This will entail understanding the voice of the customer, internal & external stakeholder partnering, and undertaking competitor and market analysis. The job holder will be located in Dubai/UAE.
• Maintain strong client relationships with a portfolio of strategic and regional accounts.
• Develop and execute commercial action plans for your territory.
• Build solid relationships with decision-makers within your accounts, ensuring their longevity and profitability.
• Maximize product penetration across the portfolio and enhance presence within existing accounts.
• Analyze the strategic priorities of each account, identify opportunities, and develop actionable solutions.
• Present tailored, comprehensive offers that address clients’ needs, leveraging internal technical support.
• Collaborate across departments (After-Sales, Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Key Account Management) to create a unified approach for your territory.
In this role, a typical day will look like:
Visit with existing & potential FMCG manufacturing customers (60-70% new business focus), understand their requirements, propose solutions at all levels (including equipment, finance and service agreements) and ensure the execution of the entire sales cycle to the highest standards.You’ll travel 3-4 days a week across UAEThe essential requirements of the job include:
