YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reach the Sell Out target of Bayer technologies and systems with her/his key accounts.Negotiate the Sell Out annual target with her/his key accounts.Achieve and maintain Customer Share and Net Promotor Score above region’s average with the key accounts assigned.Sales Activation plan executed on her/his key accounts.Provide technical advisory to key accounts, establishing a calendar of visits and services according to crop development, in order to help them to maximize their profitability.Ensure that key accounts are the early adopters for new Bayer technologies and systems.Implement the sales activation plan designed for key accounts on her/his region, in alignment with the Sales Activation Team.Document all interactions/relationships and Customer Share with key accounts through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective.
WHO YOU ARE
Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or related.5 years of experience in sales or crop management is required.Customer FocusCommunication SkillsNegotiationAccount PlanningDigital Tools. Office knowledge.Very Strong managing Power Point and Excel.Salesforce or similar CRM.English desired.
