工作职责Responsibilities:
负责区域集采客户(至少前100名房地产开发商)的搜索,开发和合同达成 Responsible for key accounts (at least top 100 real estate developers) search, development and contracts achievement. 负责全国集采客户项目的落地和任务达成 Responsible for all business work relevant to key account projects in responsible area. 建立经销商网络以确保本地项目的实施和执行 Develop dealer network to ensure local projects implementation and execution 实现每月,每季度和每年的OI和销售收入目标 Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly OI and sales revenue target 控制付款条件和应收账款状态以确保安全的现金流 Control payment terms and AR status to ensure safe cash flow 筹备、组织本地区与市场开发、产品宣传有关的产品展览会、研讨会; Preparation, organization of the region and market development, product promotion related products exhibition, seminar 协助安装技术部门勘查现场条件、处理现场问题 Assist in the installation of engineering departments to investigate the site conditions, dealing with on-site issues 每周上报客户拜访报告和项目推进报告; Weekly reporting of customer visits and project advancement reports 做定期的销售订单预测提供给大客户销售经理 Provide regular sales order forecasts to KA sales managers 其他上级经理安排的任务 Other tasks assigned by line manager.
任职要求 Requirements:
本科学历 Bachelor’s Degree 英语和中文(书面和口语) Fluent in English & Chinese, both written and verbal. 有上进心和自我驱动力 Highly motivated and self-driven 能够积极应对工作压力, 清晰有效地沟通 Able to handle work stress positively,and communicate clearly and effectively. 能够在多元化的团队中工作并做出积极的贡献 Able to work within a diversified team and contribute positively. 有大客户销售经验优先 Key account sales experience preferred. 愿意出差 Willing to travel
