The Key Account Sales Leader is responsible for building and maintaining long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with the assigned strategic account(s). S/he will be the main point of contact for all account matters and is required to understand and collaborate with our internal functions to ensure that customers succeed in achieving revenue and profitability goals. Involved in strategic planning, setting long-term goals, and aligning the sales strategy with the overall business objectives.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Primary accountability is to develop and implement growth strategies to increase OC Door's profitable revenue with the assigned strategic accounts.Develop and maintain a solid and trusting relationship with the strategic account. Build relationship with key decision makers within the strategic account and understand the internal organizational dynamics of key customers in accounts portfolio. Manage strategic drop ship account relationships with emphasis on pull through down channel activity. Lead Joint Business Planning process for assigned account with the output to deploy mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones. Work with cross functional internal resources to develop the appropriate account sales support, product management needs, operational advancements and overall execution of the strategic account growth oriented initiativesManage direct reports (Key Account Managers) to execute Strategic Account Joint Business plan in their respective markets. Work with assigned account KAMs to address account local branch needs to target key dealers that service new construction and remodel market segments.Direct Accountability: $103mmLeadership Responsibility:

10+ years of previous experience in either millwork, lumber sales, doors, door components, door frames, or custom wood components is required.Ability to convey a sense of expertise in woodwork, manufacturing, door production, and other millwork capabilities to educate our customers is required.Bachelors Degree Required. Ability to read CAD drawings accurately and convert into a consultative sale is required.Excellent verbal & written communication skills and phone etiquette.Passion for relationship building.Highly organized, self-starter and problem solver.Positive attitude and strong work ethic.Candidates need to be hard working, competitive, team players, and entrepreneurial.Strong math and conceptual skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook. Candidate must possess a high level of proficiency in Excel.Expert level of Millwork and Door Systems strongly preferred.Travel as needed, but overnight travel can be up to 60% of the timeThe minimum annual base salary for this position is $140,000 + bonus + benefits.
