We are looking for a skilled Key Account Specialist to enhance the relationship with most important clients in Japan. The Key Account Specialist for Litho Technologies is responsible for primarily sales promotion to the world leading companies such as Sony, Kioxia, Micron, JASM, Rapidus etc. in Semiconductor Industry. The Litho Technologies Japan Sale team is expecting to deliver a high growth (CAGR approx. 20% in 5 years) with expansion of Sasakami plant capacity, and you will be in charge of working closely with internal focal people (R&D, supply chain, QC, operation etc.) to generate a revenue growth. You are also responsible for developing a solid account plan for short-term (1-2 year) and mid-term (3-5 year) in addition to its implementation of the plan based on key product promotion package (ArF, KrF, BARC, EUV etc) in order to deepen/strengthen a customer relationship.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for achievement of PO and GP for each account and product
2. Develop and implement accounts plans, includes channel strategy aligned with Sales Leader.
3. Expanding the relationships with existing customers/distributors by proposing solutions that meet customers’ objectives.
4. Develop a channel strategy to maximize a profit to the company. Promote new products/technologies to the market and drive sales growth at assigned accounts.
Requirements:
1. University graduation, Chemical degree is preferable. Prefer basic knowledge of lithography.
2. Account Management experience in Semiconductor industry.
3. People leadership potential, team player and good initiative innovator.
4. Ability to work independently and communicate effectively/broadly with external/internal channels to support diverse product lines of ST-Litho.
5. Results driven, Action-oriented, Self-motivated, plus the ability to develop and execute strategy.
6. Ability to use basic Marketing methodologies and tools to analyze the target market is Plus.
7. Good Communication skills in English and Japanese for verbal, presentation and written reports.
8. Ability to travel (mainly in Japan) frequently (30-70%).
9. Learning agility and willingness to learn Semiconductor technology
10. Computer proficient including MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
