Join our mission to protect lives! We are a leading health organization dedicated to combating cancer and invasive pneumococcal diseases through proactive vaccination strategies. We are searching for a passionate and driven Key Account Specialist to support our efforts in the West Slovak region.
Position Overview:
As a Key Account Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in safeguarding children and adults by driving vaccination initiatives within key accounts. Your primary focus will be to build strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to develop projects that effectively respond to customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively participate in the “diagnosis” and segmentation of accounts to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Develop tailored action plans for each account in collaboration with key stakeholders and oversee the implementation of related activities.Drive the implementation of the National Immunization Plan within regional settings, ensuring that vaccination goals are met.Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and key influencers such as regional experts, local medical associations, municipalities, pharmacy associations, and schools.Define measurable goals and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive accountability.Leverage company resources to deliver optimal results for key accounts.Implement key account programs that align with strategic objectives and customer needs.Collaborate with the Brand and Customer Manager and back-office functions to ensure appropriate solutions and personnel are in place for a consistent customer experience.Maintain up-to-date information on clients and activities through active use of our CRM system.Establish a high degree of credibility with both external and internal stakeholders.Requirements:
A university degree in medicine, biology, pharmacy, veterinary science, or related life sciences.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role is required.Experience with vaccines and/or working with pediatricians is highly advantageous.Proficiency in English is a plus.A valid driving license is required for travel within the region.What We Offer:
