Important Note:

This role will be based in Giza, Egypt and will involve traveling to Upper Egypt for frequent visits on monthly basis.

The Opportunity

Key Account Specialist is primarily responsible for developing and pursuing business opportunities with designated territory. We are looking for a high performing key player with a medical background who will be part of our dynamic team in Giza, Egypt who will be responsible for driving business expansion, refining business strategies, diversifying the customer base, and consistently achieving sales targets.

Your Impact:

Implement effective sales strategies and initiatives in order to achieve or exceed sales targets within your designated territory.Identify and develop business opportunities within the area of responsibility and collaborate across teams to ensure attainment.Build a deep understanding of each customer account – its structure, organizational dynamics, influential partners inside and outside the account, and their priorities, decision-makers, and product preferences.Build long-term value-based relationships by continuously uncovering customers’ changing needs, improving customer experience, anticipating new opportunities for their business in the future, and adding value through creative solutions/productsBuild credibility with customers and partners at different levels by demonstrating business insight, professional expertise, confidence, and effective communication.Present products to key decision-makers and partners by analyzing customer needs and proposing solutions where applicable.Collaborates with team and cross-functional groups to build exceptional customer experiences.Ensure timely implementation and execution of all business activities, which align with company policies and SOPs and follow the highest compliance standard.

Who you are

You hold a BSc degree in Pharmacy or MedicineYou demonstrate 1 to 3  years of sales-related experience preferably in IVD, medical devices, or Pharmaceutical field You are customer centric and are able to analyze to understand the unmet medical needsYou have advanced interpersonal, relationship building, communication and presentation skillsYou are resulted oriented and are able to demonstrate the value of the Roche productsYou possess advanced negotiation skills, are able to apply logical reasoning and influenceYou are able to work autonomously, solve problems and take decisionYou are focused, organized, and have good planning skills to plan your visitsYou fluently speak and write in English
