We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Key Account Support Specialist to join our Sales Operations team and take on a vital role in cultivating and expanding our top-tier client relationships. You’ll work closely with Account Executives and collaborate with various internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive our success forward.

In This Role\nPartner with National Account Executives to understand customer insights in order to maximize results from key clients \nElevate the customer experience to provide world-class customer service by addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner, as well as anticipating client's needs, implementing improvements, and identifying trends for future business\nSupport seamless implementation of new products by creating presentations, training materials, and outlining product information\nGenerate and present ad-hoc reports for Account Executives to drive key sales initiatives\nFoster effective communication and collaboration across Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Art Studio, and other internal stakeholders to streamline processes\nUphold our Core Values and be a valuable member of the Four Hands team\nOther duties as assigned by Management\n

The Ideal Person\nBachelor's Degree required \n3+ years of experience in a customer facing or customer support role\nSalesforce experience strongly preferred \nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (vlookup and pivot table experience) \nExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment \nA friendly and collaborative demeanor, with the ability to work well in a team environment \nStrong decision-making skills and the ability to work independently \nAbility to work in an international environment with diverse teams and customers \nActive and engaged listener, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate with various audiences\n
