The Key Accounts manager supports the management and growth of the company’s most important client relationships. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service, collaborating with various stakeholders to drive channel innovation, expansion and engagement, optimize client experience, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in both communication and relationship management.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
* At least 2 years of experience in a role within the classifieds/B2B sales
* Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and achieving business targets
* In-depth understanding of online classifieds business models, market dynamics, and emerging trends
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make data-driven decisions • Exceptional communication, persuasive & interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
