Key Accounts / New Business Development Manager – Flavours/Aroma

Minimum requirements for the role:
A food technology degree or related qualification is preferred for the role but is not essential. Previous key account / sales experience having worked within the flavour and aroma industries calling on the food, beverage and cosmetic markets are preferred for the role. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Managing assigned key accounts and develop new business withing the food, beverage and cosmetic manufacturing industries. Ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue and gross margin. Managing key accounts to ensure volume and market share growth of flavours and aroma’s in the industry. Involved in product development of flavours in view to grow and capture flavour / aroma market share. Developing specific sales strategies to ensure sales growth. Presenting and advising customers on product solutions. Generating monthly sales reports. Identifying and analysing customer requirements and developing tailor made services to suit those needs. Salary package, including benefits, is highly negotiable depending on experience gained.
