**POSITION SUMMARY**
To ensure customer relationship, distribution and turnover management in local Key Accounts in the assigned area.
**A DAY IN THE LIFE …**
+ Ensuring that customers and distributor NNS/ vol. are achieved, by category and within the allocated TTS budget
+ Managing yearly negotiation with selected KAs, including rebates, listing, home and secondary placement, POP materials allowance and any other customer specific terms.
+ Follow channel strategic direction and agree business plans with Key Account customers
+ "Obtaining in store space allocation at best possible rate, as part of Trade Activities implementation.
+ Maximize the visibility of the Nestle’ products within the customers in the assigned area.
+ Managing the key accounts distributions including effective and efficient route planning.
+ Deliver timely and appropriate commercial communication to the Trade (e.g. new prices, SC/ F&C procedures).
+ Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies.
+ Coach, motivate and develop Distributors’ and Nestle direct sales force.
+ Timely submission of reports and collections, e.g. On shelf availability, order planning etc.
**WHAT MAKES YOU SUCCESSFUL?**
+ Bachelors or Master Degree in Business, Computer Sciences or Engineering discipline
+ Good knowledge of interrelationship of key functions and their key initiatives (Sales, Marketing & Finance)
+ Knowledge of core Business Processes (Sales/Distribution Opereations, Customer Planning and Managing, Financial
+ Knowledge of Customer Best Practice, Market Intelligence, Category/Channel/ Shopper trends and shopper Insight into actionable ideas.
+ Hands on experience of Dashboard designing in Power BI
+ Proficiency in MS Office
