There’s so much more to HEINEKEN than meets the eye and right now, we’re looking for a Key Customer Manager to join our Route to Market Team in the On-Trade!
About the role
At its core, this role is responsible for the creation and execution of an agreed joint business plan with the customer, executing the agreed Distribution, Volume and Revenue.
The role requires developing and maintaining brilliant relationships across all levels of the customer’s business, by demonstrating to the customer how we can help them build their business and disproportionately win in the market by working with HEINEKEN.
The KCM is also a key leadership role for the On-Trade South team, supporting the Account Director in delivering our plan across the region.

About the candidate
We’re looking for someone who is able to expertly plan and implement strategic initiatives across a variety of On-Trade Customers. You’ll have responsibility for your P&L and pulling together the right deal for your customers, so previous experience with tenders and commercial deals would be an excellent advantage.
One of the most important elements of this role is relationship building, we’re looking for someone who has the ability to make connections and influence stakeholders at every level.
