Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior Partner/Vendor Alliances Specialist is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for managing partnerships with external organizations that are crucial to the company's business objectives.

This role is required to develop and nurture relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.

The Senior Partner/Vendor Alliances Specialist plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining partner relationships that contribute to the organization's growth and competitive advantage.

Key responsibilities:​Develops and nurtures relationships with key partners to foster collaboration and mutual benefit.Supports with partnership agreement negotiations, ensuring terms are favorable and align with company objectives.Collaborates with internal cross functional teams such as sales, product management, or marketing to develop join offerings or solutions with partners.Supports with driving initiatives to integrate partner technologies or services into company's products or platforms.Supports with management of go-to-market initiatives and campaigns to promote joint offerings or solutions.Supports with tracking partner performance against established metrics and KPIs.Identifies areas for improvement or expansion with existing partnerships.Supports with optimizing processes and workflows related to partnership management to increase efficiency and effectiveness.Supports with educating internal stakeholders on the value and benefits of partnerships.Stays informed about industry trends, competitor activities and market opportunities that could impact partnerships.Supports with managing contract renewals and amendments as necessary throughout the partnership lifecycle.Be assertive in their approach and display well developed persuasion and influence ability.Performs any other related task as required.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, computer science, or information technology or a related field.Customer Success trainingGood knowledge of the LAER modelVendor certifications – Dell, Red Hat, VMware, Palo Alto will be an added advantage5 years’ work experience,At least 2 years’ experience in a relevant field

Required experience:Advanced demonstrated business development experience, preferably in IT services environment.Advanced demonstrated experience in channel sales or channel management role.Advanced demonstrated experience establishing and managing alliance programs that produce revenue.Proven history of working independently and with cross-functional sales, marketing, and product management teams to achieve alliance objectives.Advanced demonstrated experience leveraging those contacts to build mutually beneficial partnerships to drive revenue.Advanced demonstrated experience in running programs relating to partner plan execution.
