Logistics at full potential

Do you have an affinity for IT and navigate complex WMS systems with ease? Then this is your chance! GXO Logistics  is looking for a Key User in Venray to further optimize its IT-driven processes.

As a Key User, you make a significant contribution to the quality of our logistics processes. You monitor the operation of the WMS system, identify bottlenecks, and translate these into further changes and improvements. You follow and manage these adjustments. You share your specific knowledge widely within the organization. Additionally, you are the first point of contact for all IT-related issues in the logistics process, both for users and external parties. You work closely with the central IT specialists within GXO. Therefore, you are the connecting link between the business and the central IT department.

 

What does your day look like as a Key User?

First-line and second-line user support for various applications including WMS (Reflex) Additionally, you provide first-line and second-line support for users regarding IT hardware, reporting, and interfacing/EDIFACT traffic. Translating requirements and requests into IT solutions and, where necessary, submitting requests to the central IT department or external suppliers. Testing and coordinating IT adjustments. Providing support/guidance to projects/procedural improvements from an expert role. Keeping an overview and reporting on everything related to IT at the location. Creating and managing local IT procedures and application-related manuals and work instructions, and training end users based on these. Participating in periodic operational meetings between the site and the central IT department.

What do you need to be successful?

Experience in a similar role in Logistics Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems. Good command of English language. Additionally, you are analytical, results- and customer-oriented, team player, and self-directed.
