We’ve a fantastic opportunity to join our Performance, Engagement & Development Team where you will work specifically in the arena of management/leadership development, as we deliver two key initiatives:
The delivery of our programme of development for people leaders (aka our managers). The development of a curriculum to support people leaders as they navigate their teams through change.What you’ll be doing
Delivering our existing development programmes to our people leaders, through virtual & F2F facilitation and digital content. Leading projects on a range of leadership development activities, including robust learning needs analysis and the curation and implementation of learning solutions. Identifying improvements in management and leadership practices on performance management, ensuring all education and guidance drives effective performance management. In collaboration with other stakeholders, curate or develop curriculum to support leaders as they navigate their teams through change. Providing further support to our people leaders through a digital community and comms rhythm. Using data analysis to establish trends and opportunities for improving management and leadership capabilities, based on solid insights. Working with senior leaders and other stakeholders, providing advice and guidance to improve capabilities of their local people leader population. Collaborating with external partners as required, providing clear business requirements and managing the provision of the subsequently agreed service.We need you to have
Strong specialist knowledge in learning & development, from analysis to design & development, through to implementation and evaluation. Experience as a subject matter expert in management / leadership development, with a strong track record in driving better practices. Demonstratable experience in communicating and facilitating development programmes, both virtually and face to face. The ability to design and build digital learning content using a range of methods and tools. Excellent stakeholder management skills, enhanced by strong communication and ability to influence. Worked within a Centre of Excellence, and establishing standards, practices & processesIt’s a bonus if you have but not essential

If you're successful in securing a role with us, there are some checks you need to complete before starting. These include credit and criminal record checks and three years' worth of satisfactory references. If the role is part of the Senior Manager Regime and Certification Regime, it requires enhanced pre-employment checks – we'll ask for six years of regulatory references, and once in the role, you'll be subject to periodic employment checks.
