Job Description

Join our vibrant team as a Kids Club Animator in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia! We're looking for energetic and creative individuals to provide an unforgettable experience for children at our resort. As a Kids Club Animator, you'll be responsible for planning and leading engaging activities that create lasting memories for our young guests.

Design and implement fun, age-appropriate activities for children aged {AGE}Ensure the safety and well-being of children under your care at all timesOrganize and lead group games, arts and crafts sessions, and outdoor activitiesCreate a welcoming and inclusive environment for children from diverse backgroundsAssist in maintaining a clean and organized Kids Club areaCommunicate effectively with parents and other staff membersParticipate in special events and themed activities throughout the yearAdapt activities to accommodate children with different needs or abilitiesMonitor and report any safety concerns or incidents promptlyContribute ideas for new and innovative children's programs
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in childcare or related field preferredPrevious experience working with children in a recreational settingStrong communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plusCreativity in designing and implementing engaging activities for childrenAbility to work with children of various ages and backgroundsBasic first aid knowledge and understanding of safety protocolsExperience in organizing and leading group activitiesKnowledge of child development and age-appropriate activitiesPatience, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for working with childrenAbility to work in a multicultural environmentFlexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as neededPhysical stamina to participate in active games and outdoor activities
