As Kids’ Club Manager, your leadership and commitment to the department will inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and an exceptional experience for the children who attend.

Responsibilities Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceCreate and organize children’s programs, activities, and eventsDevelop curriculum for seasonal campsEstablish professional business relationships with all vendorsGenerate monthly productivity reports and review expenditures to ensure they are in keeping within the departmental budgetsCreate promotional material and organize special events as requiredConduct regularly scheduled departmental meetingsAssist in the recruitment, development and training of all Kids’ Club staffBalance operational, administrative and Colleague needsEnsure the Kids’ Club is clean and in impeccable order at all times.Supervise, organize and control groups of children up to capacity with appropriate staffAssist in training, supervision, and evaluations of Kids’ Club colleagues.Lead by example in providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with the Kids’ Club team.Follow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety and sanitation policiesAttend weekly and monthly leadership meetings

Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree and/or previous leadership experience preferredMinimum 2 years’ experience in the child care industryMinimum 1 year experience in managementCPR and First Aid certification required   Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with supervisors, coworkers, public etc. Benefits
