Overview Main Purpose: To manage centrally Key Accounts business in Poland in order to maximize sales volume and value in a profitable way. Client is one of the most dynamically growing retailers on PL market. Responsibilities Accountabilities: •To deliver agreed in annual perspective sales results to achieve overall PepsiCo business performance o Sales value and volume o Sales costs • To prepare the annual Key Account plan per chain in order to deliver input to company operating plan • To prepare the complete strategy of Key Accounts per chain development to maximize sales opportunity in this channel • To achieve PepsiCo marketing objectives in order to build and keep position of PEPSICO’s products in the market: o Numerical and weight distribution of PepsiCo products in Key Account outlets, o PepsiCo products prices, o Time of new products lunches • To achieve PEPSICO KPI’s objectives in order to build and keep PEPSICO products availability and placement in Key Account outlets: o Shelf share o Exposition standards • To conduct meeting with Key Account clients in order to build right relationships, negotiate conditions of business cooperation and solve potential problems between partners • To determine the annual cooperation conditions with Key Account clients and agree the final version of cooperation contract • To motivate OT Sales team to achieve best results and build cooperation with the field team • To prepare Key Account sales reports to deliver the overview of PEPSICO Key Account business for Management and Front Line • To take part in field work with OT RSM/ SR’s to get overview of the market, identify potential problems between PEPSICO and KA clients and motivate field sales force • Coaches others, provides mentoring and feedback to build sales capability within OT organization • Cooperate a team of KAMs/OT Coordinators (if applicable) Qualifications Key Skills: ➢ Higher education ➢ Min 4 years in sales function, including min 2 years in KA management ➢ English language - fluent ➢ Negotiations skills ➢ Numerical and analytical skills ➢ Knowledge of category management, trade marketing, finance, logistics, sales promo. ➢ MS Windows skills
