**Description** QUALIFICATIONS: • Extensive knowledge of the slaughter operation procedures • Able to communicate efficiently in English verbally and in written form • Bi-lingual helpful but not required • Prior management experience • High school diploma or equivalent required • Collaborate with workers and managers to solve work-related problems. • Review work throughout the slaughter process and at completion to ensure that it has been performed properly and safely • Prepare and maintain work records and reports of information such as slaughter yields, daily receipts, and inspection results RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assist the slaughter superintendent by overseeing the slaughter supervisors, slaughter operations, and hourly employees, focusing on quality and safety. **EOE/Vets/Disability**
