What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing kiln and raw mill operations to ensure optimal performance, product, quality, safety and environmental compliance.Monitoring and adjusting operation parameters in real- time to maintain efficiency and conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting of kiln and raw mill equipment.Assisting in planning and execution of main shutdown by organizing resources, following safety rules and keep work on scheduleCoordinate with maintenance team to ensure shutdown tasks are finished properly and on time.Leading shift handovers, daily planning, and coordinate with maintenance team Leading and training kiln and raw mill operators to maintain high standards.What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of kiln and raw mill operations in cement industry.Proven skills in leadership, team management, communication, and organization.Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues.Ability to lead and motivate a team towards production target.Familiarity with KPIs and reportingCommitment to continuous improvement, safety, and regulatory complianceWork Environment
