The Role:We are looking for a Kinaxis Senior Analyst with 7+ years’ experience in delivering Supply Chain planning projects along with 4+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response. This role must have strong analytical and RR configuration experience in the following modules Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), Distribution requirement planning , Master production schedule, Demand Planning and Order fulfillment

Manage support and execute projects in Supply planning , Demand planning and Order fulfillment business function
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure successful completion of project
Respond to business users' queries to determine the nature and likely causes of issues
Recommend corrective actions to address supply chain management issues
Provide alternate workarounds to minimize business interruption
Perform application administration functions to sustain system stability and performance
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Strong understanding of Supply planning, demand planning and order fulfillment processes
Should have a experience in configuring Supply Planning, Demand Planning and Orderfuliment modules
Experience in Authoring Reports, Dashboards, Workbooks, Tasks and Automation for enhancements requested
Hand on experience in performance tuning, bug fixing & application upgrade in Kinaxis application
Must have knowledge of integrating Kinaxis with Oracle ERP and edge applications
Willingness to work in 24X5 shifts. Monitor scheduled tasks, inbound and outbound interfaces
Handle all assigned cases within specified SLA response times
Require Authoring Level 1 Certification
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective support and resolution of issues
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Experience in Oracle manufacturing and Order Management will be a plus
Working knowledge of relational database and query writing considered an asset
Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.
Able to set priorities on a continuous basis
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties
Education:
Degree in Information Sciences or Supply chain or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
Knowledge of Supply Chain Business Processes
Fluent English
