The Role:
We are looking for a Kinaxis Solution architect with 12+ years’ experience in delivering Supply Chain planning projects along with 5+ years of experience in Kinaxis Rapid Response Implementation. This role must have strong analytical and RR configuration experience in the following modules Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), Distribution requirement planning , Master production schedule, Demand Planning and Order fulfillment

Design and implement supply chain planning solutions using Kinaxis Rapid Response.
Providing expertise in supply chain management and Kinaxis RR configuration
Developing and implementing supply chain planning solutions
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful project delivery
Providing guidance and support to the project teams
Conducting training and knowledge transfer sessions
Managing day-to-day support and enhancements
Driving continuous improvement and optimization of Kinaxis Rapid Response capabilities
Evaluating and recommending new features and functionality to enhance supply chain planning processes
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Experience as a Kinaxis Solution Architect in Supply planning and Demand planning implementation
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Should have experience in Author workbooks, create automation schedule tasks, develop reports, dashboards, and scorecards
Hold Level 2 Author and Contributor Certification in Kinaxis Rapid Response
Experience in Oracle manufacturing and Order Management modules will be a plus
Any relevant supply chain specific certifications like APICS will be a plus
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Working knowledge of relational database and query writing considered an asset
Proactive and results oriented, process oriented.
Able to set priorities on a continuous basis
Ability to develop strong working relationships with all relevant parties
Education:
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent work experience)
Deep understanding of supply chain management processes and best practices.
Fluent English
