Summary of the position
Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning domain and good knowledge on advantages of concurrent planning system and Rapid Response you are required to provide technical and thought leadership to help customers realize these transformation goals. Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for Kinaxis Rapid Response functionalities Ability to lead the blueprint for Rapid Response solution focusing on L1 to L5 level processes Ability to conduct business workshops and lead client discussions Perform Data readiness assessment, understand data cleansing & transformation rules, and ensure the successful implementation of Rapid Response solution Ensure that the configuration of Rapid Response analytics and customizations, supports the to-be processes of the client Perform Data Harmonization across different ERP Source systems integrated with Rapid Response Strong functional knowledge in the following Rapid Response applications: Supply Planning, Capacity Planning (Constraints), DRP, MPS, MEIO, S&OP Strong knowledge on the standard business processes, control settings and data model for the above applications in Kinaxis Oversee training activities for business users for Kinaxis Rapid Response applications & processes Hands on experience as a configuration and modelling lead Work closely with Integration Lead to ensure successful data migration from different ERP Source systems to Kinaxis and vice versa (Double Closed Loop) Ensure successful UAT in close coordination with Business Users and process stewards. Pharma Industry experience preferred Kinaxis Certification preferred – Level 1 certifications minimum
