Summary of Role:
The Kinaxis Architect role involves collaborating with semiconductor industry stakeholders to understand and improve supply chain planning needs. Key responsibilities include designing technical specifications and system architectures for Kinaxis RapidResponse, configuring the system to meet business requirements, and leading its implementation and deployment. The role also includes performing integration and user acceptance testing, developing training materials, troubleshooting technical issues, and mentoring team members. Essential qualifications include a deep understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse, strong analytical skills, experience in supply chain planning processes, and industry experience in the semiconductor sector. Kinaxis certification and a bachelor's degree in a related field are preferred, along with 8-12 years of professional experience.
Essential Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Collaborate with key business stakeholders, especially within the semiconductor industry, to understand their specific supply chain planning needs and identify areas for improvement and automation.Solution Design and Architecture:
Develop technical specifications and system architectures for Kinaxis RapidResponse implementations, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.Configuration and Customization:
Configure Kinaxis to support specific business processes and requirements, including worksheets, alerts, metrics, and scorecards.Integration and Testing:
Perform integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the system functions as designed.Implementation and Deployment:
Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions, ensuring effective and efficient deployment.Training and Documentation:
Develop training materials and documentation to support user adoption.Problem Solving and Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Kinaxis implementations.Collaboration and Leadership:
Guide and mentor team members, collaborating with other departments and stakeholders.Other Responsibilities:
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:
Deep understanding of Kinaxis RapidResponse functionality and capabilities.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience in supply chain planning processes, including demand planning, supply planning, and S&OP.Industry experience, particularly within the semiconductor sector, is highly desirable.Experience with Integrated Business Planning (IBP) or other supply chain planning tools is a significant plus.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Kinaxis certification (e.g., Kinaxis Author Level 2 or 3) is often preferred or required.Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain management, or a related field.Expertise in Master Data Requirements for Advanced Planning Solutions.Overall professional experience of 8-12 years.Must be willing to relocate to Austin, TX.Expected Salary Range
$106,100.00 - $200,000.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
