Kindle and FireTV GTM Lead, Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a dynamic leader to own go-to-market and product strategies for Kindle and Fire TV devices in Brazil. This role will help to define hero product features, customer targeting and positioning, packaging design, forecasting, pricing and financials. This person will be expected to operate both strategically and tactically: maintaining operational excellence with his projects and with colleagues across Amazon. The candidate will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, and communicate clearly and persuasively.

In this role, you will work with a cross-functional team including product development, demand planning, finance, marketing and sales to launch new products and grow the business. If you are highly motivated, customer-obsessed, results driven and analytical Product Manager come join the team.

· Is a self-starter, can juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced and often ambiguous environment.

· Quickly formulate plans that are deeply backed by data and execute them across work functions.
· Communicate clearly and effectively with cross functional groups.
· Has good analytical skills and feel comfortable in analyzing data and financial models.
· Is not afraid of rolling up his/her sleeves and do whatever is necessary to meet team goals.
· Has the obsession to drive a best-in-class experience across our Amazon Devices.

Key job responsibilities
· You will be accountable for leading Kindle and Fire TV devices launches.
· Drive cross-functional go-to-market discussions and actions through launch.
· Be the lead senior-level product marketing voice in roadmap and product development cycles.
· Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time.
· Conduct business and financial analysis, including forecasting, monitoring, and reporting.
· Work with the research and product development teams to make informed decisions about our portfolio and product marketing strategies.

A day in the life
This role will own launching of new devices on Amazon websites covering everything from ASIN setup to ensuring we maintain product ratings above 4 stars for all products. This role will mix both executional work as well as strategic work around how we best bring new products to market, including drive consensus among contributors to deliver what you need for our customers. This role requires unrelenting tenacity to get things done, exquisite attention to detail and bias for action.
