Kit Booking Lead Representative

Location: Newbury, London

Contract: Permanent Contract

Hours: One Week Rotation of 8 am-4.00 pm & 10 am-6.00 pm.

Position Summary

The Lead Kit Booking Representative is an experienced kit booking representative, well-versed in the day-to-day activities and the procedures around Kit Booking. The Lead Kit Booking Representative has a good view of the way the

team integrates with other teams in the ecosystem. The Lead Kit Booking Representative is expected to coach/mentor other Kit Booking Representatives and possibly assist management with task assignment across the service representative team.

What you will do

Processing kit booking orders, credits, loan kit queriesArranging returns and collections and handling proof of delivery and pricing requestsHandling incoming e-mails and callsProactively communicating with internal & external customersInvestigating and resolving invoice disputesLogging and follow up of issue resolution and related communication back to the customerTake responsibility for executing tasks and supporting colleagues across a number of complex areas /processes and queriesWork with your colleagues to effectively organize and priorities the tasks within your specific areasWorking collaboratively with other functions and divisions on cross-functional or customer specific topicsAssist in supporting and training more junior colleaguesAct as a mentor for more junior customer service representatives

What you need

Education: Qualification in a relevant discipline5 Years + Experience in a similar fast paced and dynamic environmentExperience in Kit Booking, order management or customer contact processes is desirable, preferably in a kitWorking both remotely and within office locationsExcellent understanding of Customer Service process flows Excellent understanding of good documentation practices and documentation retention Experience with reverse logistics and consignment type business (such as Medical Device, HealthcareMarkets) Experience working in a customer service role with team workStrong knowledge of IT systems & tools and their implication for business processes (Oracle / Microsoft / Salesforce preferred).Ability to communicate in a highly effective manner, whilst recognizing the requirements of the audience.Must be able to work on their own initiative, whilst recognizing the requirements across the team to ensure active participation which enables the team to be organized according to workload, priorities, and business demands.
