The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:
Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area and storage areas. Sort and stack clean dishes and store them in appropriate locations. Assist kitchen staff in removing waste and cleaning kitchen areas, including floors and walls. Ensure that dishwashing machines are stocked with detergent and operate efficiently. Help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the kitchen by wiping down counters, tables, and surfaces. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards. Assist with other kitchen duties, such as food prep, as needed. Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude when interacting with team members and guests. Ensure proper handling and storage of cleaning chemicals and detergents.· Must maintain and comply with department and company policies and regulations.
· Must abide with company grooming policy.
· Will be responsible for always maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
· Must participate in all mandatory departmental and companywide events and meetings.
· You must understand and execute AAA service standards.
· Other tasks and responsibilities may be assigned.
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
· High School Diploma or GED is required.
· 1+ year experience in commercial kitchen cleaning or dishwashing role preferred.
· Knowledge of cleaning techniques and proper use of cleaning chemicals.
· Hotel experience is highly preferred.
· Must have the ability to stand for 8 hours.
Must have flexibility including evenings, weekends, holiday shifts, and overtime when needed.· Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License.
