We are currently seeking Kitchen Manager to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Responsibilities:

Assure organization of all food storage areas Ordering proper food items for kitchen Supervising all food service staff and issuing performance reviews/disciplinary action as needed Work with Corporate food service on cost control Assure consistent monitoring of temperatures on all equipment Assure maintenance of a clean and sanitized kitchen in compliance with all health codes Assist with hiring of new kitchen staff Staff schedule for all kitchen staff employees Meal Count sheets turned in each Monday to Corporate Food Service Manager Works with the kitchen staff on cleaning assignment Communicates with kitchen staff on special diet meals for clients Maintains an effective inventory of food items and food services materials Other duties as deemed necessary

Education, Experience:

High School Diploma  ServSafe Certified Prior Management experience Knowledge of CARF regulations
