An Engineer/ Kitchen Technician will support the Engineering Team to efficiently maintain all Kitchen hotel operations such that safety, security, conversation, and compliance are ensured at the highest levels.

What will I be doing?
As a Kitchen Technician, you are responsible for designing, building, installing, and servicing machinery, components, and tools to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Technician will also be required to develop and test machinery and ensure that inspections meet company standards. Specifically, will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

\n\nDevelop, test, and troubleshoot machinery and equipment by applying knowledge of mechanical engineering technology.\nDevise, fabricate and assemble new or modified mechanical components or assemblies for products\nSet up and conduct test of complete units and components\nRecord test procedures and results, numerical and graphical data, and any recommendations\nDesign, build, install, and service mechanical machinery, components and tools\nEnsure quality inspections are carried out in line with company standards \nPerform special projects and others responsibilities as assigned\n
