The majority of our guests are happy to reward our colleagues for their excellent service.As a Kitchen Steward / Porter, you will be responsible for assisting the Kitchen Team dispose of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of the kitchen and wash up areas. Responsibilities will include maintaining a high standard of hygiene and safety in the kitchen, carrying out cleaning duties as specified by the Kitchen Manager such as, sweeping and mopping floors and operating pot-washing machinery.The successful candidate must:Be able to work under pressureHave the ability to work on their own or as part of a teamHave good communication skillsAdhere to company COSHH regulations and ISO standards at all timesHOURS OF WORKWorking straight shifts, you will be contracted to work 150 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period.
